  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or cheese grater until it resembles small grains.
  2. Microwave the riced cauliflower for about 2 minutes; let cool.
  3. Squeeze excess moisture from the cooled cauliflower using paper towels.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine drained cauliflower, egg, flour, cheeses, onion, and seasonings; mix until well incorporated.
  5. Shape into eight equal patties approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  7. Place patties in the air fryer basket (in batches if needed) and lightly spray with oil.
