- 1 cup Chilled Buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and spices.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in grated apple and gradually add chilled buttermilk until just combined.
- Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently before rolling to about ¾-inch thick. Cut into rounds.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the honey butter glaze by mixing chilled butter with honey and salt until smooth.
