  • 2 tbsp water
  • 8 vegan marshmallows (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 graham crackers (cinnamon sugar)
  • 16 oz. white melting chocolate

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the Granny Smith apples thoroughly. Insert a popsicle stick into each apple halfway.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine soft caramels and water; melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple into the melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off, then place on wax paper.
  4. Optionally, top with two vegan marshmallows for 'Mickey ears' before refrigerating for an hour.
  5. Prepare cinnamon sugar by mixing sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Crush graham crackers in a food processor.
  6. Melt white chocolate in another bowl using the microwave.
