  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, baking soda, rolled oats, and flour until well mixed.
