  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 jar apricot preserves

Instructions

  5. Place 1 teaspoon of apricot preserves in the center of each square; fold corners toward the center and pinch seams together.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake cookies for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
