Instructions

  1. Preheat Airfryer to 330°F. Prepare a nonstick baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, oil, egg, yogurt, peanut butter, and vanilla to the mashed bananas; whisk until combined.
  5. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Add optional nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
