Ingredients

- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 pounds skirt steak
Instructions
- In a large zip bag, combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, red apple vinegar, olive oil, molasses, garlic cloves, and chopped onion. Mix well by smashing the ingredients around in the bag.
- Add the skirt steak to the marinade in the zip bag. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours.
- Remove the steak from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before grilling to bring it to room temperature.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill each side of the steak for about 5 to 8 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
- Let the grilled steak rest on a cutting board for at least 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
