  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; whisk until blended.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently until combined. Fold in milk chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 85 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
