  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups pastel chocolate candies
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • 12 teaspoons neutral oil (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla sandwich cookies (optional)
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, cashews, or almonds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/41/2 cup pastel sprinkles or nonpareils (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread the popped popcorn evenly and remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Add mini pretzels and Rice Chex cereal to the popcorn and gently toss.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  4. Drizzle half of the melted white chocolate over the mix, tossing gently to coat. Reserve some for decoration.
  5. While still wet, sprinkle pastel candies, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles on top. Press optional add-ins into the mixture.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature until firm (about 20-30 minutes), then break into clusters.
