  • 2 gala apples (sliced)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine, celery, sliced red onion, cubed cheddar cheese, and apple slices.
  2. Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste and toss gently until well mixed.
