- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
- 2 gala apples (sliced)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine, celery, sliced red onion, cubed cheddar cheese, and apple slices.
- Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste and toss gently until well mixed.
