  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese

  6. Stir in Velveeta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Toss cooked rotini with sauce; use reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
