Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 200g mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- Optional: chili flakes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from the pan.
- In the same wok, add onions and garlic; sauté for about 1 minute. Then add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-frying until tender yet crisp (3-4 minutes).
- Return the chicken to the wok and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and optional chili flakes. Stir well.
- Pour in cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce, stirring continuously until desired consistency.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.
