- 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup Marsala apple vinegar (or additional chicken broth)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
