- 1 package Peep brand Easter vegan marshmallows (6–8 count)
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together dry ingredients; combine with wet mixture until just blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Portion dough, flatten slightly, place a Peep in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
- Chill dough balls for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
