- Gradually add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Press your thumb into each ball to create a well.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, pressing down on the thumbprints again if needed during baking.
