- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (optional, to thin if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- For the cinnamon roll layer, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until creamy; spread over the crust.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon; blend until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon roll layer and bake for about 55 minutes or until set.
- Let cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting made by mixing softened cream cheese, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
