- 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter

- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup diced mango
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces and blend it into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
