- 2 rings (13 ounces each) turkey sausage, sliced
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cans Great Northern white beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add sliced turkey sausage and brown on both sides for about 7-9 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onions, carrots, garlic, salt, and pepper until onions are translucent (10–12 minutes).
- Sprinkle flour over the sautéed vegetables and stir well for one minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, whole milk, and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the browned turkey sausage to the pot along with the rinsed white beans.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
