  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook shrimp until opaque and slightly crispy.
  5. Lower heat; add garlic and cook briefly before stirring in heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Simmer until thickened; toss in cooked fettuccine and fresh parsley.
  7. Serve topped with sliced steak and shrimp, garnished with parsley.
