- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 300g penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 250ml heavy cream
- 100g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently before stirring in grated Parmesan until smooth. Season with black pepper.
