  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, drained

  • 2 tbsp garlic, diced
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken strips with sea salt and ground pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides; remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté diced onions and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken stock and add roasted red peppers; reduce by half.
  5. Turn off heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Return skillet to medium heat; add Italian seasoning and pepperoncini.
  7. Combine the cooked chicken back into the sauce; simmer until heated through.
