- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Garnish with extra thyme if desired and serve warm.
