Ingredients
- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 48 oz marinara sauce
- 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
