  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.

  6. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
