- 1 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar gradually. Mix in coffee extract, eggs one at a time, heavy cream, cold brew coffee, lemon juice, salt, and flour if using.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for about 75-85 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center. Cool inside the oven for 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. For ganache, heat heavy cream until boiling and pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
