Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Press your thumb gently in the center of each ball to create an indent.
  6. Fill each indent with about half a teaspoon of jam.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
