  • 4 ounces Kataifi (shredded fillo dough)
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 7 ounces pistachio cream
  • 2 tablespoons tahini sesame paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 21 strawberries
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kataifi by crushing it into fine pieces. Melt butter in a skillet and toast the kataifi until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix pistachio cream, tahini, and salt until smooth.
  3. Combine toasted kataifi with the cream mixture and let it cool.
  4. Wash and cut strawberries; layer them in cups with strawberry quarters at the bottom.
  5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over strawberries in each cup.
  6. Add chopped pistachios and spoon on the kataifi mixture, gently pressing for a compact layer.
  7. Repeat layering as desired. Top with whole chocolate-dipped strawberries and additional chocolate drizzle.
