Ingredients
- 30 taco shells
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
- 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
- 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup Pepita salsa
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
- 1 jar Cholula Salsa
- Cilantro for garnish
- Favorite chips
- Habanero pepper (garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your large food-safe board by placing a bowl in the center filled with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
- Fill small bowls with salsas, guacamole, olives, and sour cream; arrange these around the central bowl.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until tender (about 10 minutes), then add ground turkey and taco seasoning. Cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Fill taco shells with the turkey mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Assemble your dinner board by placing baked tacos around the edge of the board and filling in gaps with chips and hot sauces.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
