  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides for about 6 minutes. Set aside.
