Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, flour, sugar, and egg. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this mixture for topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
