- Pinch sea salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting towel
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
