- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely chop the fresh salmon fillets or pulse in a food processor until chunky. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix gently to combine.
- Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to prepare the tzatziki dressing.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat or preheat your grill. Cook each patty for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve on toasted buns or lettuce wraps with tzatziki dressing and desired toppings.
