  • 12 oz medium shell pasta
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter; sauté minced garlic for one minute.
  5. Make a roux by adding flour; whisk in milk gradually until thickened.
  6. Stir in Velveeta and cream cheese until melted, then add mozzarella and Parmesan until combined.
  7. Return chicken and pasta to the skillet; toss to coat with sauce.
