Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni (uncooked)

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese (cut into ghost shapes)
- Black sesame seeds or peppercorns (for eyes)
- Olive oil or butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking while stirring for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce until well-coated.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter and spread the pasta mixture evenly.
- Arrange ghost-shaped mozzarella on top and add black sesame seeds or peppercorns for eyes.
