Description

This Gluten Free Spinach Dip is a must-try appetizer for any occasion. Creamy and cheesy, it combines the delightful flavors of mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and artichokes in a warm dip that will impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can (8-10 oz) artichokes (diced)
  • 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until bubbly. For a golden finish, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
