  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into thin fillets and add them to a reusable container with the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
