- 1/2 tsp ground chipotle chile powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, cumin, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and chipotle powder to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat about 30 minutes before grilling.
- Remove steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Grill for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare or about 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
