Ingredients

  • Baby back ribs
  • Soy sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Smoked paprika
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and spices in a medium bowl.
  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs and place them in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to 500°F and grease the grates.
  4. Create a dry rub by mixing kosher salt, smoked paprika, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. After marinating, remove excess marinade from ribs and apply dry rub thoroughly.
  6. Grill ribs meat-side down over medium heat at 300°F for about 30 minutes before flipping.
  7. When ribs reach an internal temperature of 190-203°F, brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  8. Let rest covered in foil before serving.
