Ingredients
- 20 oz beef steak (preferably sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 oz mushrooms, washed and air-dried
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Vege-Sal or salt
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the beef steak into 1.5-inch square pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white apple vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the steak pieces in a Ziploc bag, add the marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for one hour.
- Wash and air-dry the mushrooms while the steak marinates.
- After an hour, add the mushrooms to the bag with marinating steak and let them sit for an additional hour.
- Preheat your grill to high heat after marinating is complete.
- Thread the marinated steak and mushrooms onto skewers.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare; adjust according to preferred doneness.
- Allow kabobs to rest for one to two minutes before serving.
