- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan or rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
- For the glaze, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl until well combined. Spread half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), adding the remaining glaze during the last 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
