- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Stir in cocoa powder, eggs, and flour until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Mix in sugar and one egg until fluffy. Gently fold in half the blackberries.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base and swirl in remaining blackberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
