  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese (3 packages, softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and sour cream; mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Divide the filling into three bowls: add cocoa powder to one bowl, chopped strawberries to another, and leave the last plain.
  4. Layer the fillings into the crust: start with the chocolate layer, then strawberry, and finish with the plain mixture.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  6. Cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
