- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and sour cream; mix until well combined and creamy.
- Divide the filling into three bowls: add cocoa powder to one bowl, chopped strawberries to another, and leave the last plain.
- Layer the fillings into the crust: start with the chocolate layer, then strawberry, and finish with the plain mixture.
- Bake for about 50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
