- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (30g)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (60ml)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1 tbsp agar-agar powder (7g)
Instructions
- Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, and agar-agar powder to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to serving bowls or jars. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Serve chilled and garnish with shaved dark chocolate or fresh berries as desired.
