  • 5.3 ounces White chocolate
  • 5.3 ounces Natural pistachio butter
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons Neutral vegetable oil (optional)
  • 14.1 ounces Dark chocolate (55-65% cocoa)
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped pistachios (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the kataifi pastry evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the white chocolate and pistachio butter together, stirring in salt and optional vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Once cooled, shape small amounts of baked kataifi into nests, filling each nest with the pistachio mixture.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then dip each filled kataifi ball into the chocolate and place them on parchment paper to set.
  5. While warm, sprinkle chopped pistachios over each ball for decoration.
