  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 Butterfinger candy bars (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour two round cake pans.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth; combine with dry ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans; bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For frosting, blend softened butter with powdered sugar and crushed Butterfinger until creamy.
  6. Once cakes cool, layer with frosting in between and on top; garnish with additional chopped Butterfinger.
