  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink and opaque (approximately 2 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer gently while scraping up brown bits from the pan.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet; stir to coat well. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving over pasta or alongside bread.
