  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, pizza sauce, mixed vegetables, and half of the cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a greased pie dish. Fill with the chicken mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Cover with another sheet of puff pastry, seal the edges, and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
