- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, pizza sauce, mixed vegetables, and half of the cheese until well combined.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a greased pie dish. Fill with the chicken mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover with another sheet of puff pastry, seal the edges, and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
