- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 jar (16 oz) store-bought frosting
- 1 cup candy melts or chocolate chips (any color)
- 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix about half of the frosting into the crumbled cake until sticky but not overly wet.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
- Melt candy melts or chocolate chips in the microwave according to package instructions.
- Dip one end of each lollipop stick into the melted coating before inserting it halfway into each ball. Coat all sides of the balls with melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles while still wet.
