Ingredients
- 16 ounces penne pasta
- 4 ounces turkey pepperoni
- 4 ounces shredded iceberg lettuce
- 4 ounces chicken slices

- 1 pint grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
