  • 4 ounces turkey pepperoni
  • 4 ounces shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 ounces chicken slices
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red apple vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and oregano until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey pepperoni, chicken slices, shredded lettuce, provolone cheese, halved grape tomatoes, and sliced pepperoncini.
  4. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
