- 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Cream softened butter in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients to form a dough, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls (about 140 grams each) and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Bake cookies for 12–16 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underdone.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for about five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
